Kids Model & Talent Agency – Babies, children, kids and teenagers, families – talents, models and photo models – SNOB Agency
HOW KIDS MODELS WORK
KIDS MODELS are extremely selective with the children we accept. We only accept those we genuinely believe have a good chance of getting work, whether in modeling, acting, or both. When applications open, we evaluate each submission, and successful candidates will be contacted within 7–10 business days. If your child is considered potentially suitable for the agency, you will receive all details about the next steps.
Once my child registers with the agency, is a job guaranteed?
Unfortunately, no! No agency can guarantee work because they never know which jobs will come into their offices day-to-day, so they can never know in advance which child a client may select. If an agency tells you they can guarantee work for your child, avoid them at all costs.
What happens when my child registers with the agency?
We will submit your child for all jobs for which they meet the criteria, depending on the department they are registered in. As soon as a client contacts us to request a meeting with your child for a casting or to book them for a shoot, we will contact you immediately. Sometimes we may contact you in advance if the client requests confirmation of availability for multiple models or a specific detail. We will not contact you every time your child is submitted for a job. It is essential that parents continuously inform the agency of any changes.
How does the agency operate?
We receive applications from parents every day who want to include their children in modeling. With years of experience (since 2011) in the industry, we have built strong relationships with clients who regularly hire babies and children for their campaigns. We work closely with clients, presenting a shortlist of models who meet their requirements. Once a model is selected, we handle all fee negotiations and then provide parents with all task details. The shoot takes place, and the model receives their daily rate/earnings — it’s that simple.
Will we need to travel?
When you join our agency, you will have the opportunity to set your preferred travel radius in your profile. Whether you can travel locally or are open to longer-distance opportunities, we strive to offer jobs that match your preferences.
Are travel expenses covered?
In modeling, clients often provide reimbursement for travel expenses, fuel, and parking. This ensures models have flexibility in their mode of transport while still being compensated for travel-related costs.
Will professional photos be required?
There is no strict requirement for professional photos, but it is essential to understand the importance of using high-quality images in your child’s modeling portfolio. While professional photos can increase your child’s chances of getting work, they are not a guarantee. Many children on our roster use non-professional photos taken by their parents and still get paid assignments.
Will my child’s profile be public?
Yes, your child’s profile is visible through our agency’s web portal. This allows clients and casting directors to review profiles and select models for various opportunities. Personal contact information and sensitive details are never shared; only necessary modeling information and portfolio images are visible.
How many jobs can we expect?
It’s hard to give a definitive answer because a model’s workload depends on various factors, including age, appearance, location, willingness to travel, photo quality, and how frequently their portfolio is updated.
Do you accept everyone who applies?
No, we do not accept all applicants. Our agency carefully reviews each submission to ensure the models we represent meet our clients’ standards and requirements. We consider factors such as appearance, photogenic qualities, and potential success in the modeling industry. Our goal is to maintain a high-quality roster of models who have the best chances of securing work. If your child is not accepted, it does not reflect negatively on them but indicates they may not fit the current needs of our clients. We encourage candidates to reapply in the future, as requirements may change over time.
How much can I earn?
Potential earnings for a child model can vary significantly depending on factors such as the type of job, client, experience, popularity, and local industry standards. Generally, child models can earn from around €100 to over €1,000 per assignment.
What age groups do you represent?
Focusing exclusively on babies and children allows our agency to meet the high demand for young models in various industries. By specializing in babies and children of all ages, we provide dedicated services tailored to the unique needs of clients seeking young and energetic talent. This approach enables us to build expertise, strong relationships, and consistently achieve excellent results in the dynamic world of child modeling.
Why should I choose Kids Models?
With many years of experience (since 2011) specializing in baby and child modeling, we have established ourselves as industry leaders. Working with thousands of clients and photographers, we have a proven track record of placing babies and children in various assignments and campaigns. Our models have appeared in advertising campaigns, catalog shoots, TV commercials, fashion editorials, and more, contributing to our reputation as a reliable and trusted agency.
Developmental Benefits
Acting and modeling are not just fun — they play a key role in a child’s development. Children engaged in creative activities such as acting build confidence, improve self-expression, and develop social skills that benefit them for life. Whether your child is naturally outgoing or needs a confidence boost, Kids Models opens doors to new friendships and exciting experiences.
Financial Benefits
Paid opportunities for children are more common than you think! From baby modeling to acting roles in commercials, films, and TV shows, Kids Models provides countless opportunities to help finance your child’s future. Whether it’s extra savings for toys today or contributing to school fees in the future, modeling and acting can be both fun and beneficial.
Shared Experience
As a parent, you will accompany your child to auditions, shoots, and photo sessions — offering a rare behind-the-scenes look at the entertainment industry. Watching your child shine on set, seeing their hard work pay off, and sharing the excitement of the industry makes for a truly special and rewarding experience.
What ages do you accept?
We work with newborns and children up to 18 years old.
What types of companies do you work with?
We work with various clients, including television, film, and photography projects.
Can you guarantee work?
Unfortunately not, which is why we do not limit the number of agencies you may join. However, we actively promote your information to our clients (with your consent).
Will you notify me if my child is not selected?
No, we only notify models who are chosen.
How long is the contract?
Two years. After that, we will consider contract renewal. Contracts are not automatically renewed; we will contact you if you are interested in renewing.
Do you represent models/actors outside Serbia?
Yes, we represent talents and photomodels from the Balkans and our diaspora. Occasionally, we represent talents in other countries. Most of our auditions are in the capitals of former Yugoslav republics.
Can I simply visit your office to show my child’s portfolio?
No, we do not accept walk-ins. You must apply via the online application form, and we will contact you within 7–10 days to inform you if we want to proceed with your application.
Do you accept children with disabilities?
Yes, we do! We genuinely want to find work for all children. We are motivated to provide equal opportunities and success at work. However, all children registered with us must be in good health to obtain a work permit and school leave, and to be happy and confident in front of the camera.
What happens at a casting for a commercial?
You will receive the address and time for the casting. Upon arrival, they will speak with you, possibly take a few photos, and ask your child to pose or say a few lines. The process is fairly quick, and you will not always be told immediately if your child is successful.
What is a “casting”?
Casting is the process by which a client selects children to participate in a commercial, photoshoot, film, or TV series. During casting, agencies present models who meet the requirements of each job, allowing the client to make the final decision on which models will participate in the project.
When are castings usually held? Will the child miss school?
Castings are usually held after school so children do not have to miss classes.
If your child participates in production, they may need to miss a day of school.
In any case, and always before your child’s final selection, you will be asked if you can attend those dates.
Casting Tips
- Plan travel in advance and check public transport on casting day to ensure timely arrival. If late, just call us.
- Clothing: simple, without bright colors, branding, or patterns. Well-fitting, not loose. Clean faces, hair washed and combed.
- Only one parent should enter the room. Do not bring siblings or large amounts of luggage, as casting rooms are often small.
- You may have to wait; please be patient and bring something to keep your child entertained.
- Castings are usually quick, so the client may not have time to answer your questions. Send an email if you have inquiries.
- If possible, research the brand or review previous ads to understand the description.
- While castings can be fun, the client is still looking for models who meet their needs — keep that in mind on the day.
Tips for Self-Taping
- Smartphones are usually easiest because the footage can be uploaded directly. Please film in landscape mode.
- Ensure your filming area is bright and airy (natural light is best), using a plain wall or curtain. Turn off TVs etc. to minimize background noise.
- Keep recordings to about 2 minutes, do a few takes, and select the best — make it fun!
- Send all recordings via WeTransfer (free) — always include your child’s name, role, and job for casting.
Selection Process for Films, Series, Commercials, Fashion Shoots, etc.
To participate, your child should attend as many castings as possible. The more castings they attend, the higher the chances of being selected for advertiser or client needs.
If my child belongs to two or more modeling agencies, will they have a better chance of getting work?
No. Models belonging to two agencies cannot participate in TV commercials or other projects, as clients will not risk long-term relationships with one agency for a single project.
How do I know which agency is best for me?
We know every decision about your child is important. Our agency has extensive experience and is one of the largest child modeling agencies in the region. Parents should research social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to evaluate options. We are also happy to answer questions via phone or email.
How many photos should I send to the modeling agency?
Enough to show you know what you’re doing. At least 10 is good, 20 is better, from at least 3 different photographers. You can also visit the agency and ask for recommendations.
Can a model have short hair?
Longer hair can highlight natural style and give stylists ideas for how your child’s hair works with products. However, there is also a niche for short-haired models, so explore options.
Can models have scars?
Acne scars — don’t worry, they will not affect your modeling potential. Differences make us unique!
Can I be a model with a nose piercing?
Yes. Some jobs may reject it, others will accept it, and some may even require it.
Can models have dyed hair?
Yes. You may need to dye it a different color, restyle, or cut for certain jobs. Models are living dolls.
Can Models Have Acne?
Supermodels with Acne: Facing Imperfections
Models with acne often rely heavily on concealer and foundation to help cover their blemishes.
Unfortunately, models can sometimes develop acne due to the large amount of makeup they must wear for work.
How Are Models Photogenic?
In the modeling world, posture and posing are non-negotiable elements that can make or break a photo.
Modeling classes pay special attention to these aspects, helping individuals create photogenic images that exude confidence and appeal.
Good posture is the foundation of photogenic appeal.
How Do Models Pose?
Simple variations of classic poses:
- Experiment with different angles for arms and legs—some subtle, some more extreme.
- Cross arms or legs, try hands in pockets, or run fingers through hair.
- 3/4 Pose – the subject should turn their body 30-45 degrees away from the camera.
- Eyes can look at the camera or off to the side.
What Makes Me a Good Model?
A good model is reliable, organized, and punctual; confident, positive, and persistent; capable of handling criticism and rejection; patient—sometimes you may need to hold a pose or wait for long periods.
How to Start Modeling Without Experience?
Here are some tips for finding modeling work if you are new to the industry:
- Practice self-care. Take care of your emotional and physical health.
- Build your portfolio.
- Seek an agency.
- Participate in competitions.
- Show confidence.
- Interact with other models.
How to Prepare for Modeling?
To succeed in modeling, individuals need to practice regularly, maintain a balanced diet, and engage in activities that enhance their physical appearance and balance, such as professional photoshoots and fitness classes.
Why Don’t Models Smile?
They shouldn’t smile, show teeth, or display too much personality because as humans, the first thing we try to do is connect with the person in front of us through their facial expressions.
Our focus naturally goes to their face. Designers don’t want this—they want the clothing to be the focus.
Why Do Models Look Away?
An off-center gaze is visually more appealing and looks more natural.
A tilted head also highlights the lines of the neck, creating a more suggestive and sensual pose.
Many photographers ask models to look away from the camera to imply a sense of mystery and add tension to the photo.
Do Models Do Their Own Makeup?
While some models may have basic makeup skills and can do their makeup for everyday situations, the high standards of the fashion and beauty industry often require trained professional makeup artists to achieve the desired results.
Do Photomodels Have to Be Beautiful?
Do you need to be beautiful to be a photomodel?
When agencies look for new faces, they typically search for that “it” factor.
Some people may be physically attractive, which is a plus, but not necessarily model-level beautiful.
There is a difference between everyday beauty and the kind of beauty seen in modeling.
What Kind of Face Do Modeling Agencies Look For?
Facial features should have a harmonious balance, with well-defined bone structure, symmetrical proportions, and clear skin.
A strong jawline, high cheekbones, and appealing facial symmetry are often considered essential.
Do Child Models Have to Be Tall?
Unlike adult modeling, child models don’t need to meet specific height requirements or measurements.
What Should My Child Wear to a Modeling Interview?
Choose age-appropriate clothing that fits well and complements your child’s features without overshadowing their natural look.
Opt for a simple, clean appearance that allows casting directors to focus on your child’s charm and potential.
How Do I Present Myself as a Model?
Self-Introduction for a Modeling Audition
If you know what to say in advance, you’ll be able to give more creative answers during your presentation.
Your opening lines should include your full name, age, height and weight, work experience, and where you’re from.
Do Models Choose Their Own Clothes?
Can models choose the type of outfit they want to wear when modeling?
No. They are paid to do a job, which is to wear the clothing—whether they like it or not. The same applies to makeup and hairstyle.
Do Models Get Free Clothes?
Do models often keep the clothes they model in? If not…
Sometimes models are allowed to keep an outfit or select a piece from a photoshoot set.
This is more common when the job pays less and more typical with smaller brands or local designers.
Sometimes models are offered a discount and the chance to purchase the clothing at a lower price.
What Do Modeling Agencies Ask?
Three ways to do well in a modeling agency interview…
- “Tell me about yourself.” This is one of the most common interview questions, so you need to prepare your answer.
- Be brief and sweet, but tell them where you’re from, something that makes you unique, and what you’re passionate about.
How Hard Is It to Be a Child Model?
How to Become a Child Model: Finding Agencies
Modeling is highly competitive, so you’ll be competing with many other children who also want to be models.
As a result, finding an agency that will work with you and get jobs may not be easy.
You can’t count on instant success or earning big money, so modeling shouldn’t be pursued just for fame or wealth.
What Do Agencies Look for in Photos?
Children and teens (up to 13 years old) should look as natural as possible: no makeup, minimal hair styling, and simple clothing.
Children over 13 may wear light makeup to cover blemishes or even out skin tone, but it should remain subtle and not look “made-up.”
What Do Agencies Look for in Child Models?
Sometimes unconventional features can give a child an advantage over others.
Your child’s personality is also important.
Agencies want children who won’t cry when parents are not present.
They want children who are open, happy, and comfortable interacting with strangers and other kids.
What Are the Benefits of Modeling?
Modeling is a great experience.
Each assignment helps the child gain confidence and overcome nervousness.
It also provides an opportunity to discover and develop talents in acting, public speaking, and stage performance.
Many child models later become hosts, actors, or singers.
What If a Child Doesn’t Pass a Casting?
It’s very important to explain to the child that not passing a casting doesn’t mean they aren’t beautiful, talented, or interesting; it simply depends on the client’s current requirements.
Requirements vary from hair color, eye color, height, to specific skills (singing, dancing, acting…).
It’s important that the child stays motivated, responds to future casting calls, and gains experience, which boosts confidence.
Never give the impression that they aren’t good enough after the first setback.
How to Recognize Talent in a Child?
It’s important that the child shows a desire to model—they should not be forced. A child who is active, has acting talent, and isn’t shy is ideal for modeling.
Sports are beneficial, as some client requests may require knowledge of certain physical skills.
Children should never be pressured—both on the runway and at a casting, lack of interest is obvious.
What Is Required to Pass an Audition/Casting?
The basics include a well-groomed appearance, especially for older candidates.
For younger children, independence and the ability to walk in front of an audience without fear or nervousness is important.
Appearance requirements depend on market needs—sometimes darker-skinned children are needed, other times blondes or redheads.
How to Join a Modeling Agency?
Generally, modeling agencies select new faces via auditions or online applications.
Applicants are screened, and those with potential are chosen to pursue modeling.
How to Choose the Right Modeling Agency?
When choosing an agency, consider how long it has been in business. Years of operation often indicate quality and success.
The longer an agency survives in the market—like SNOB Modeling Agency—it indicates active work and the ability to secure jobs for models.
Check if the agency collaborates with production companies or organizes fashion shows to provide models with work opportunities.
What Is the Role of a Modeling Agency?
An agency acts as an intermediary between the model and the client. It protects the model’s rights, ensures safety, and guarantees payment for jobs.
Agencies are essential because brands rarely hold individual castings—they rely on agencies with pre-vetted models.
How Do Models Check Their Height?
Stand upright against a wall (on a flat surface, without shoes) and have someone mark the highest point of your head.
Use a pencil to mark the spot, then measure from the floor to the mark with a tape measure.
What If My Child Doesn’t Want to Continue?
No one can force your child to continue modeling if they don’t want to. They can simply stop.
If they want, they can resume in the future. The primary goal is the child’s well-being.
To prevent misuse by parents, if a child chooses to stop modeling, they are contractually prohibited from working with other agencies until the contract expires.
Are There Additional Costs After Joining?
No.
There is an optional professional photoshoot at a discounted price exclusively for our models. This is not mandatory and is a great opportunity to boost confidence in front of the camera. You will also receive a USB or link with high-resolution edited images and full copyright, which can be added to a talent directory for clients and portfolio development.
Can an Agency Guarantee Work?
No, you should avoid any agency that guarantees work for its models.
As agents, our duty is to maintain a diverse portfolio of active talent. The client decides what they need, not the agency.
My Child Has Been Invited to a Casting/Audition—What Does That Mean?
Casting directors or production companies will invite children to a casting, rehearsal, or audition, usually after school.
This does not mean the child will get the job, but gives an opportunity to select the right child and create a shortlist.
During this time (2–30 minutes), your child may try on clothes, talk for 15 minutes, go through a script or movements needed for the shoot, or participate in studio tests, including voice recordings. Punctuality is important due to tight schedules.
Don’t be surprised if many other children are present—this is normal for a casting.
I Had a Casting—When Will I Know?
Child castings are timely for clients. Usually, we are informed within 72 hours if any of our children were selected. Please be patient.
How Much Will My Child Earn?
Rates vary depending on the client. Once your child is selected, we negotiate contracts and fees with the client, which you must approve. Children are not paid until the agency receives payment from the client.
FINDING WORK FOR YOUNG ACTORS
Job requests come from existing clients such as casting directors, journalists, production companies, and photographers.
As agents, we attract new clients via the internet or referrals.
We are also members of talent directories that notify us daily of new projects in Serbia and across the Balkans. For simple requests, the agency automatically suggests suitable children.
Many requests have strict requirements, and we usually email parents to ask if they want to participate.
ARE PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHS NECESSARY FOR TALENTS?
When you submit an initial application to join our agency, snapshots are fine—that’s all we need to see.
Rest assured, you are under no obligation to use our recommended photographers.
Many online sources say: “No, professional photographs are not necessary. For children aged 4 and older, professional photos are the industry standard. For children under 4, they are not strictly required.”
However, time and time again, we find that children with professional photos are much more likely to make the shortlist for jobs than those without.
Professional photos show how a child reacts in a professional studio, with unfamiliar people and flickering lights—photos taken by parents on mobile phones cannot capture this.
Simply put, professional photographs sell products and services.
You must give your child the best possible chance to be booked.
CAN THE AGENCY GUARANTEE WORK FOR YOUNG TALENTS?
As an agency, we cannot guarantee that your child will get work.
During the application process, we select children we believe will perform well.
Ultimately, it is the client who decides which child is suitable.
All we can do—and do very well—is maximize your child’s chances by professionally representing them.
DOES MY CHILD NEED EXPERIENCE TO BE REPRESENTED BY AN AGENCY?
No, but they need enthusiasm, confidence, and a willingness to learn. While experience can help, many young actors start without professional credits.
WHAT AGE CAN MY CHILD START PROFESSIONAL ACTING?
Children can appear as babies in TV shows and commercials, but for theater, film, and scripted television roles, most agencies start representing children around 4 years old.
HOW DO AUDITIONS WORK?
Auditions can be in-person or via self-tape (recorded at home and sent to casting). If successful, your child may be called for a callback or final round before being cast in a role.
HOW SHOULD MY CHILD PREPARE FOR AN AUDITION?
- Carefully read the script (if provided).
- Practice lines naturally without over-rehearsing.
- Wear simple, neutral clothing with no logos or patterns.
- Stay relaxed and confident—casting directors prefer natural performances.
WHAT IS A SELF-TAPE AND HOW IS IT RECORDED?
A self-tape is a recorded audition sent to casting directors. To record it:
- Use a simple background and good lighting.
- Keep the camera at eye level, framing from chest up.
- Read lines clearly; a parent, sibling, or assistant may read off-camera if necessary.
- Follow all casting instructions carefully.
HOW LONG TO WAIT FOR A RESPONSE AFTER AN AUDITION?
It varies. Some casting decisions are made within days; others take weeks. If your child is not contacted, it doesn’t mean the audition was poor—casting directors often keep talented actors in mind for future projects.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CHILD GETS A ROLE?
We will contact you with details including filming dates, location, and compensation.
DO I NEED TO BE ON SET WITH MY CHILD?
Yes, a parent or licensed guardian must accompany your child on set. Productions also provide a tutor if filming occurs during school hours.
ARE THERE SAFETY REGULATIONS FOR CHILDREN ON SET?
Yes. Productions must follow strict guidelines regarding working hours, education, and social welfare. A guardian or chaperone is always present, and child actors receive regular breaks.
WHAT IF MY CHILD NO LONGER ENJOYS ACTING?
Your child’s happiness comes first. If they wish to take a break or stop completely, just let us know. We can pause or end representation without pressure.
HOW DOES THE AGENCY SUBMIT MY CHILD FOR ROLES?
Your child’s profile is sent to casting directors for suitable roles in TV, film, commercials, and theater. If interested, we arrange an audition or self-tape.
ARE YOU THE ONLY AGENCY REPRESENTING MY CHILD?
YES. SNOB Agency exclusively represents your child, meaning they cannot work with other agencies while under contract with us. Children may be interested in only one division (model or talent), but cannot sign contracts in another category.
Your child can, however, be represented in both categories—model and talent.
WHAT TYPES OF JOBS WILL MY CHILD BE SUBMITTED FOR?
We submit talents for all media and advertising opportunities:
- Modeling (catalogs, runway, commercials, fashion)
- TV commercials
- Feature films
- TV series
- Voiceover and radio
- Theater and stage productions
Your child will only be submitted for roles suitable for them. Ultimately, it is the client’s decision who they hire.
IS MY CHILD’S INFORMATION SAFE?
Safety and privacy are our top priorities. We do not share data with third parties for administration or data entry.
Your private information is never shared unless required by the client for job confirmation.
Child welfare regulations require that we inform clients of any relevant health issues and provide exemption forms if necessary.
HOW WILL WE BE CONTACTED REGARDING CASTINGS OR JOBS?
Via SMS!
You will receive a message to check availability. Once confirmed, all relevant casting information, location, and appointment details are shared via SMS.
For confirmed bookings, discussion will move to email. You will receive a booking confirmation with all job details including location, time, pay, and map.

HOW OFTEN WILL MY CHILD ATTEND CASTINGS?
This varies per child and depends on market trends.
WHAT IS A CASTING, AND IS IT PAID?
A casting, also called an audition, is unpaid. It is the process by which your child is selected for a job. Castings can be self-taped or occasionally in-person.
WILL MY CHILD MISS SCHOOL FOR CASTINGS OR FILMING?
Castings usually take place during free time, often via self-tape, so no school is missed. If filming is scheduled, most sessions occur during regular working hours. Parents must be available to support the child; occasional weekend shoots may occur.
